Villa Filia consists of a main building with two apartments and an outbuilding.
The ground floor
A spacious kitchen area, fully equipped for any need, ideal for preparing meals together, plus two bathrooms and three bedrooms with a total capacity of six beds.
The first floor
A comfortable living area, perfect for relaxing, along with two bathrooms and three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people.
The outbuilding
Offers two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, with a capacity of four beds per room.
Outdoor area
Equipped with a wood oven, barbecue, and parking.
There's also a pool, measuring 12m x 4m, surrounded by a solarium area with sunbeds and beach umbrellas, complete with a shower and WC. The pool is available from 01/06 to 15/09.
